my books are like shoes, i hate to not have the right one with me when i need it. humanly possible? not for this human. not even close. norton in a week? na, i just hate to be away from him for too long. i get lonely. he's got all the right moves and we chat a lot.
leisel, the niv is like a good push up bra - it makes everyone think there's more substance to you than there really is. (shame, shame on me. and i just watched a documentary on poor william tyndale!)
Hi, you've been tagged with "Chinese Freeze Tag," I see that Cherie has visited you and I may have stole her chance to tag you. Anyway, hope you don't mind, it's a fun one.
hey sebastien, i read the vonnegut last night. it was one of those books that i kept putting down and looking around for someone to talk to about it, uh, even though i was all alone at work. i finished love in the time of cholera last week and thought i might die of happiness in the last 40 pages. so good. i love his mix of beauty and mundane. my favourite way to do things.

I love the Norton Anthology ("Norty" as I like to call him) but I'm seriously impressed that he is in a stack of books you planned to read in a week.

I love that the NIV is in there as if to say, "yes, I plan on reading the WHOLE thing this week." Fabulous.;)

Love in the Time of Cholera, love that book! and I've been meaning to read that Vonnegut novel...
I have a stack of books next to my bed (uh 5 stacks), I love surprising myself with what I'm going to read next...
