Too long to post here.
Grab a coffee, two handfuls of minutes, and peek into my life, if you like. Some of it might look a little familiar.
I keep thinking I'm done, but then I rewrite the whole, damn thing.
Man, this writing business is tough.

Hi Angela,
I just read your “In the Desert, A Highway” and it was one of the most human, short biographies I’ve read. Beautifully constructed, with an almost sensuous interweaving of information and insight which h ends up telling me a bit about what you have been through, but a great deal about the woman who went through it.
I just received your book today, and so that will be my weekend read

deanna, i don't know if you would find it helpful, or not, but if you would like an outside opinion on the novel you're working on, (that you posted about) you could always send me the first chapter. it might take me a while, but, i always find a new set of eyes helps me so much when i'm stuck.
so angela, i went to portland yesterday with my class. powell's. outside of school, i've been on a steadu diet of frebby buechner. they actually had some of his books.
i'm looking forward to reading your other writings.

I feel, though, like you've offered to come over and visit, and I'm so happy, yet somewhat panicked, because I don't want you to see that mess in the corner, or those things hanging over there that I don't even know how to clean. I'll try to get past my nervousness and send it.
